Special reminder (please read before placing your order)
Blind boxes and figurines are relatively special products. After receiving them, please promptly confirm whether there are any quality issues with the blind boxes.
1. If there is a quality issue or the style does not match the one displayed on the system, please take a photo of the problematic product and the corresponding express delivery receipt or video, and contact our online customer service for resolution.
2. If only the packaging box of the product is deformed during express delivery, it is not considered a quality issue and is not eligible for return or exchange services.
3. Our store does not guarantee perfect boxes or perfect condition. Box collectors and perfectionists are advised to visit our physical store for selection.
4. Blind boxes and figurine toys are not artworks. It is normal for uneven dyeing, minor scratches and paint loss, bubbles, and possible odor after unpacking to occur during the craftsmanship process (these are official imperfections). These are not product quality issues, and official imperfections are not eligible for returns. If you mind these, please exercise caution when purchasing!
